The trainee program at Finext is an intensive learning-work program designed to challenge participants to actively engage their minds. Throughout the program, you will have the opportunity to continuously develop your skills through focused training and education. The knowledge and skills acquired can then be immediately applied in practical settings, working with our clients on ongoing projects
Over a period of nine months, you will work closely with a group of talented individuals, focusing on your personal development. You will engage in an intensive program of training and education, taking collective responsibility for your growth. One day per week, you will participate in a joint training and education program, which will enhance your knowledge and skills while fostering a sense of teamwork. You will also receive valuable guidance from experienced senior coaches. From the very beginning, you will gain hands-on experience by working directly with our clients, who are often medium-sized to large organizations. As part of a project team, you will actively contribute to the success of these organizations. This combination of practical experience across different organizations and intensive training will facilitate your professional growth. In this you have a high degree of freedom. Growing in a consultancy role is the goal of the trainee program. A modern consultant is a business partner for clients, communicates proficient, is data savvy and is able to analyse complex situations. Each consultant will have a natural preference for one or two of these topics. The trainee program will cater for a basis on all four domains.
The curriculum is based around workshops & training sessions based on improving your consulting skills and personal effectiveness. The program does not cover specific (CFO) tech know how. This knowledge is supposed to be delivered on the job or by vendor specific training.
